HR Assistant - Robert Half

The HR Assistant will handle the following:

• Reviews hourly support staff timesheets for accuracy and compliance with firm policies
• Prepare periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested
• Sets up and maintains confidential HR files
• Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to the company policies, timesheets/paid time off, hiring processes, etc
• Assist with planning new employee orientation meetings
• Maintain confidential information
• 4+ years of human resource experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
