Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work directly with our Client in Palm Bay, FL. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:This role is responsible for development of all products in support of operations and approve all documents for new development and production hardware that requires sheet metal fabrication, forming and deburr.
In addition, Technical Leaders perform additional duties with cross
-functional teams to drive quality, continuous improvement, on-time delivery, as well as comprehensive operator training and development.-Sets up machines to form and cut material using press brakes, presses, and shear in accordance with operation process sheets or drawings.-Install hardware such as bolts, nuts, screws, rivets, nut plates and other hardware as instructed by customer specifications or engineering drawings or work orders.-Remove burrs and polish all material types used.-Maintain a clean and safe work environment and contribute to Shapes 6S program and Lean concepts.-Comply with all quality policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions.-Perform all tasks in a safe and reasonable manner according to the Shapes Employee Handbook.-Utilize and understand operation process sheets and inspect parts per character control sheets.-Assist in efficiently training sheet metal operators in all aspects of the job.
-Perform any other related duties as required.-Assign operators with daily work assignments aligning with daily dispatch reports.-Responsible for training and documenting operators utilizing form.-Train and validate operators use of inspection equipment and accuracy that align with inspection record sheets.-Partnering with engineering team members for timely development and creation of work instructions and acceptable levels of success.

Pay: $25-$30/hr
Hours: 1st shift: 7AM - 3:30PM (Monday - Friday)
