HR Generalist

We are currently seeking a seasoned HR Generalist to join our client's dynamic team. This role will be responsible for implementing and overseeing human resources policies, programs and practices that support a fair and high-performance culture.
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of HR functions and a desire to influence the overall objectives of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and administer employee policies.
- Engage in performance management processes.
- Support the recruitment process - advertising, screenings, interviews and onboarding.
- Provide compliance and policy guidance.
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
- Conduct employee engagement and retention activities.
- Undertake tasks in benefits administration and payroll processing.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as a HR Generalist.
- Understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of HRMS systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities with a focus on strategic thinking.
