HHM Hotels is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented General Manager/Managing Director to lead and oversee a prestigious luxury hotel within our Echelon Division. This role will be instrumental maximizing the profitability and market share, ensuring they hotel's continued success by creating memorable and personalized guest experiences.

Your Focuses:
- Hotel Operations: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, financial performance, and compliance with company standards.
- Team Leadership: Cultivate a highly engaged and passionate team, inspire innovation, and foster a culture of excellence among the staff.
- Revenue Management: Develop and implement creative pricing strategies, yield management, and cost control initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure personalized service, exceed guest expectations, and address guest needs promptly.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships within the local community to position the hotel as a valued member of the community.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute innovative strategic plans to enhance market position, drive growth, and align with company objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a luxury hotel setting.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth, optimizing operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong understanding of luxury and lifestyle brand positioning and execution.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
