Real Estate Associate Broker

Position Highlights:
- Full-time role requiring a valid Real Estate License.
- Salary plus commission.
- Designed for individuals with 0-2 years of experience who are ready to fully commit to mastering the foundational skills of real estate.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting partners and senior brokers with daily tasks, client management, and appointments.
- Hosting open houses, conducting inspections, and ensuring properties are market-ready.
- Managing and updating the CRM (FollowUpBoss) to maintain accurate client records and complete daily follow-up tasks.
- Handling client communications, and relationship management, and lead follow-ups to set appointments with senior brokers.
- Managing a variety of responsibilities and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.

Compensation:
$43,500 + Commission

Qualifications:
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends
- Communicates well, both verbally and written
