Industrial Mechanic

Our client, a leader in pharmaceutical manufacturing, is currently recruiting for skilled Industrial Mechanics to join the third-shift maintenance team at their Lebanon, PA facility.

The successful candidates will be responsible for repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of production machinery, mechanical equipment, and building systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production machinery, mechanical equipment, and tools, ensuring equipment runs efficiently.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, hydraulic systems, and drive systems, with minimal supervision.
• Provide assistance in larger maintenance projects, working alongside lead mechanics and engineers to execute complex repairs.
• Conduct basic welding and plumbing tasks as needed, with additional training provided to enhance these skills.
• Assist in the use and maintenance of industrial measurement tools, such as flow meters, ensuring accurate performance data.
• Maintain proper documentation of all repairs and preventive maintenance tasks in compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals and contribute to the overall efficiency of the maintenance department.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety standards and protocols.
