Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will manage high-end custom home builds and luxury residential projects, overseeing all aspects of project execution, from budgeting and scheduling to client relations. You will:

• Manage projects ranging from $2M to $30M
• Ensure timely delivery of projects on budget and to the highest quality
• Maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors
• Oversee project teams, including superintendents and subcontractors
• Collaborate closely with clients to ensure expectations are met

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Project Manager will have:

• 5+ years of experience in luxury custom home project management
• Proven track record managing projects $2M - $30M
• Located in the South shore and commutable to projects in Boston and the Cape
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and client management
• Preferred: Experience with estate management or high-net-worth clients
