You will play a key role in fostering the development of entry level staff and managing inventory reporting within a distribution setting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the General Ledger
• Coordinate the Monthly close processes
• Supervise Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
• Maintain accurate inventory management and reporting
• Foster the detail oriented development of entry level staff
• Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit function
• Ensure compliance with budget processes
• Monitor and manage the monthly consolidation of financial data.
• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Demonstrated experience in Auditing
• Well-versed in Budget Processes
• Ability to manage Asset Inventory
• Proficiency in General Ledger management
• Experience in Monthly Consolidation
• Familiarity with Monthly Close Processes
