You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed documentation for system designs, processes, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT system architecture solutions that support business objectives and ensure scalability, security, and performance.
• Evaluate current systems, suggest enhancements or replacements as necessary, and ensure high availability and acceptable performance of mission-critical systems.
• Maintain up-to-date detailed documentation for system designs, processes, and procedures.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines, review existing system architecture, recommend improvements, and participate in engineering reviews.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues, scrutinize change requests, and estimate the level of effort for system updates.
• Construct, patch, test, and deploy complex systems and Enterprise platforms, and perform complex system and application upgrades.
• Document system upgrade and troubleshooting procedures, design, implement, and maintain disaster recovery and high availability solutions.
• Travel to client sites as needed to provide support. • Proficiency in VMware is required for successful performance in this role.
• Candidate must possess strong skills in Office 365.
• Experience with Windows 11 is a key requirement.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Azure is essential.
• A deep understanding of System Architecture is necessary.
• Experience with Active Directory is a fundamental requirement for this position.
