Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “whole health” services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social determinants of health such as housing and employment.

Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.

Position Summary

The Transportation Associate will transport clients and employees, plan transportation schedules, coordinate vehicle maintenance, pickup/deliver mail and distribute supplies/other inventory, as needed in a timely manner. This position will be based in Indianapolis, IN.

Education/Experience/Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of directly related experience required
  • 15 passenger van or bus driving experience and basic motor vehicle knowledge (checking oil, tires for air and tread wear, etc.) strongly preferred
  • Prior work or life experience with adults who have a serious mental illness preferred
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance and a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the operation
  • Must be familiar with/knowledge of streets in Marion and Hamilton Counties and be able to drive in varying weathering conditions
  • Must also be able to lift at least 40 pounds.
