We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an HR Generalist, located in Lebanon, Tennessee, United States. Must be fluent in Spanish. This role will primarily involve managing various HR functions such as employee relations, compliance, benefits, and communication.

You will also be expected to utilize various HR tools and systems such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, and Dayforce.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment and prompt resolution of inquiries and issues.
Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Administer employee benefits, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Utilize HR tools and systems effectively, including ADP
Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS
Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, and Dayforce.
Foster open and effective communication within the organization, promoting a culture of transparency and collaboration.
Manage various HR tasks as needed, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR operation.
Oversee and coordinate the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) within the organization.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring data integrity.
Continuously improve HR processes and procedures, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive HR services
Fluent in Spanish
Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
Ability to manage and understand Benefit Functions
Excellent Communication skills
Knowledge of Compliance regulations and standards within HR
Proven track record of managing Employee Relations
