Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

In this role, you will conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for clients, developing innovative individualized ABA programs, managing multiple cases, providing ongoing training, supervision, and feedback to your team of qualified therapists, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data collection, collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of behavior intervention strategies, monitor client progress, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress reports, creating a time-efficient schedule to meet with each client and RBT assigned to you and participate in clinical/admin/all staff meetings.

Minimum Qualifications amp; Requirements:
- Valid BCBA Certification
- MA/MS in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Child Development, Communication Disorders, Special Education or related field
- Prior experience supervising ABA programs for children with Autism
- Prior experience utilizing assessment tools and report writing
- Ability to work with students in the home, in school or remotely during distance learning
- Access to reliable transportation amp; auto insurance.
- Ability to pass TB Test.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Ability to collect data using company provided tablet
Desired Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field
- Proficiency in Excel/Microsoft Office suite
- Bilingual
- Current and valid First Aid/CPR certification

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday (mostly evening)
