Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop strategic content aimed at growing, engaging, and nurturing leads in alignment with business objectives.
- Database Management: Assist in owning and maintaining the company’s marketing database (HubSpot), conducting research to refine customer segmentation.
- Industry Research: Stay updated on industry marketing trends to provide insights and recommendations to drive brand recognition and attract new customers.
- Promotional Activities: Support the creation of promotional messages, themes, and tradeshow activations designed to drive business growth.
- Marketing Innovation: Test new marketing messages, channels, and opportunities to reach and engage target audiences.
- Social Media Management: Help direct the company’s social media strategy, including managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, developing posting schedule, and addressing social reviews.
- Customer Loyalty Program: Help oversee customer rewards program supporting the enrollment process, program messaging/collateral and loyalty offerings.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback through customer service channels, social media platforms, and CSAT and NPS surveys.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate, monitor, and report on the effectiveness of marketing placements, social media efforts, and marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-4 years of experience in a general marketing role, with exposure to digital marketing, content creation, email marketing or lead generation. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communications or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong writing skills, with the ability to craft press releases, blog posts, advertising copy, and other marketing content.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing automation and inbound marketing concepts, including designing landing pages, CTAs, email marketing, and whitepapers.
- Analytical: Ability to conduct research and analyze data to refine customer segmentation and support targeted marketing efforts.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with (proficiency preferred, but not required) the following tools:
- - Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Pardot, MailChimp, etc.
- CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting effectively across different audiences and organizational levels.
