Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with the administration of day-to-day operations, provide a superior HR-related customer service to G&A's premier client and their employees. This person will be responsible for compliance on human resources activity.The candidate must have a solid knowledge of, and be able to efficiently provide, HR transactional services such as leave management, HR Technology questions, and assist with benefit administration. The candidate must also be efficient and experienced in the implementation, utilization and maintenance of human resource information systems (HRIS), enter, audit and maintain highly confidential employee data, pull reports and complete processes in HRIS and multiple other systems The HR Coordinator will work closely with HR team members and support team to provide a superior HR-related customer service support to G&A's client and their employees.

Responsibilities:
- Maintains general knowledge of legal requirements affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
- Provides support on HR activities and tasks, such as employee onboarding, leave administration, benefits support, file audits, etc.
- Proactively communicates with G&A Partners’ Strategic HR Advisors, Managers and support team on client related activities.
- Assist with all general administrative functions within the Human Resources department.
- Assist on the implementation, utilization and maintenance of human resource information systems (HRIS), to leave management, benefits administration, and payroll information systems.
- Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to human resources activities
- Assists with FMLA/ADA/Personal Leave processing for clients
- Data entry into HRIS of new hire packets, termination of employment, and other information.
- Assist employees with updating their personal information including direct deposit, federal/state tax setup, contact information, resident/mailing address, etc.
- Provides assistance and responds to employee benefit inquiries
- Provides assistance and responds to employee leave of absence inquiries
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years related experience working in Human Resources field required.
- Experience on the utilization of human resource information systems (HRIS) required.
- Experience on benefits administration required.
- Proficiency on Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Office suite is required.
- Knowledge of Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems preferred.
- Knowledge of HR Pyramid or related HRIS preferred.
- PHR, SHRM-CP certifications preferred.
