You will be expected to work remotely and provide prompt resolution to any issues encountered.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze SendGrid data to identify potential inaccuracies in our outgoing email traffic.
• Detect errors in our current dashboard and KPI reporting or confirm its proper functioning.
• Resolve identified issues and discrepancies in data or reporting mechanisms.
• Propose system improvements to ensure accurate data reporting and email targeting in the future.
• Work independently to deliver comprehensive feedback and recommendations.
• Utilize database objects and systems to process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Create dashboards for effective data analysis and KPI reporting.
• Implement email campaigns through the email marketing platform with a focus on accuracy.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on the data analysis.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Email Automation reporting ideally using SendGrid. a
• Experience in creating and managing dashboards for data visualization
• Skilled in Data Analysis to interpret complex data
• Familiarity with Email Campaigns and Email Marketing Platforms
• Ability to generate and analyze KPI Reports
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven track record of improving database efficiency and effectiveness.
