• Providing administrative support to the executive director
• Conducting filing, copying, and scanning tasks as needed
• Utilizing Microsoft Word for various administrative tasks
• Engaging in community affairs and maintaining donor relations.
• Prior administrative experience is necessary for understanding the nuanced demands of the role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word is a must, as it is frequently used for documentation and correspondence.
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel is required for managing, analyzing, and visualizing data.
