Position Overview:Northwest Permanente is currently seeking Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine physicians to join our Salem Oregon Urgent Care clinic teams.
Working for Northwest Permanente, our Urgent Care physicians enjoy:
$369,600 to $451,000 – Projected Annual Total Rewards Value*- Salary: $295,400 to $335,700
- 21% employer contribution to retirement programs, including pension (This is not a match; NWP contributes an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement programs regardless of employee contribution)

- Paid annual education leave + $2K annual education allowance
