Job Description:
Robert Half is looking for contract Administrative Assistants for our top clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and an ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. These are contract positions and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with dynamic teams while gaining valuable experience in a professional setting.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing and scheduling appointments.
- Writing and distributing emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Providing general support to visitors.
- Managing office supplies and handling requests for information and data.
- Coordinating internal and external meetings including room set-up, calendar invites, and other logistics as needed.
- Participating in team meetings and taking minutes.
- Assisting with project management by keeping track of deadlines, deliverables and resources.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.
