Our company is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and reviewing employee information and working hours, calculating wages, and ensuring employees receive their pay on time.

Responsibilities:

• Gather information on hours worked for each employee.
• Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses, etc.
• Prepare reports for upper management, finance department, etc.
• Process taxes and payment of employee benefits.
• Track vacation, sick, and personal time accruals.
• Proven experience as a payroll specialist or payroll manager.
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices.
• High degree of professionalism and discretion with handling sensitive information.
• Excellent IT skills and familiarity with payroll software/ databases.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
