Project Engineer
USW-Menard, Inc. Tampa
Perform and manage field quality control tests and production records.
Research and resolve drawing interpretation problems, conflicts, interferences, and errors.
Perform basic field surveys, resolving geometry issues, and preparing drawings/sketches to support construction work.
Prepare RFIs and assist in preparation of change order documentation and claim analysis.
Develop business and search for new opportunities and clients.
Maintain and establish new relationships with our customers.
Prepare geotechnical designs, cost estimates and proposals for ground support solutions based on interpretation of project documents.
Communicate with Clients, Engineers and Architects to move the sales process along and bring the project to contract .
Negotiate contract terms.
Support the Marketing and Business Development departments by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.

Ensure all installation follows Menard Quality Control Manual.
Track invoices and handle documentation and proper submittals
Perform detailed geotechnical and structural analysis while collaborating with our engineering department to develop work.Develop business and search for new opportunities and clients.
Maintain and establish new relationships with our customers.
Prepare geotechnical designs, cost estimates and proposals for ground support solutions based on interpretation of project documents.
Communicate with Clients, Engineers and Architects to move the sales process along and bring the project to contract .

Make technical presentations to prospects and supporting educational training of Menard clientele
Requires Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, or Geotechnical Engineering
Some travel required: 4 times per quarter for one to three days at a time in the U.S. for business development events, conferences and trainings
