Job Description- Manage multiple projects across various locations, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
- Lead and coordinate with Superintendents and Project Coordinators
- Oversee all phases of construction, including pre-construction, budgeting, scheduling, and site management
- Foster strong client relationships to ensure continued business growth
- Travel to out-of-state project sites as required (typically once a month for a few days)

The Successful Applicant- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction
- Proven experience with self-storage, grocery, or industrial projects
- Proficiency in Procore, Sage 300, GC Pay, and Bluebeam is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively
