**Definition:**

The Summit Grill Supervisor is responsible for the efficient management and delivery of all food and beverage operations within assigned amenity, promoting customer focused culture, leading team by example, ensuring and enforcing current SOP's and Horseshoe Bay Resort policies, monitoring COG's, revenue, inventory, payroll, budgeting and scheduling, and responsible for management, motivation and on-going training of team members.

**General Duties:**

+ To provide excellent product & service to our members and guests every day.

+ Ensure that all staff members arrive as scheduled and are in proper uniform.

+ Review paperwork from previous shift.

+ Ensure that clubhouse and comfort stations are clean, stocked and ready for the day’s business.

+ Ensure that shift runs smoothly throughout the day.

+ Train staff on daily expectations and enforce policies.

+ Responsible for closing paperwork for bar, grill and comfort stations.

+ Code all invoices properly and deliver to the accounting office for payment.

+ Assist manager with any and all assignments

**Education and Experience:**

+ High school diploma or equivalent (degree in Hospitality Management preferred)

+ 2-3 years of supervisory experience in luxury hospitality setting, fine dining or private club

+ Strong background in Forbes Five-Star service standards or experience in a Forbes-Rated property is highly desirable

+ Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine service, spirits and mixology

**Skills and Knowledge:**

+ Expertise in Forbes Travel Guide Standards, ensuring an elevated, intuitive and seamless guest experience

+ Ability to lead and train staff to meet luxury service expectations, including anticipatory service, refined etiquette, and guest personalization

+ Proficiency in POS systems, reservations management, and handling guest preferences

+ Experience with inventory control, ordering, cost management, and financial reporting

**Guest Expertise and Leadership:**

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a culture of warm, discreet, and intuitive service

+ Ability to handle guest concerns gracefully and provide Forbes level resolution standards.

+ Commitment to team leadership, coaching, and continuous service training

+ Upholding high grooming and professional presentation standards in alignment with luxury hospitality norms.

**Employment standards:**

+ The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

+ The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

+ Must have neat and clean overall appearance.

+ Must be able to walk as a daily routine.

+ Must be able to ascend/descend stairs as a daily routine.

+ Must be able to communicate and disseminate information accurately, either written or verbally, with the general public or associates.

+ Must be able to comprehend reading materials.

+ Ability to work flexible hours
