Patient Care Coordinator

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator in Methuen, Massachusetts. This role is within the healthcare industry and requires the individual to work closely with medical professionals and patients to deliver superior healthcare services.

MUST BE BILINGUAL IN BOTH SPANISH AND ENGLISH

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the organization's needs.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract top-tier medical professionals.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit to ensure the best possible match for the organization.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable hiring regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
• Work closely with HR team members and hiring managers to streamline the hiring process and maintain efficient communication channels.
• Promote the organization as an employer of choice within the medical community.
• Participate in job fairs, conferences, and other relevant events to enhance the employer brand presence.
• Utilize Spanish language skills for translation and communication with Spanish-speaking patients.
• The role requires proficiency in Spanish Language and Spanish Translation skills
• Job entails coordinating patient care plans and facilitating communication between healthcare teams, patients, and families
• Ability to provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events
• Adept at maintaining detailed patient records and ensuring their confidentiality
