We are currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Data Analyst to join our Operations team at Resource Label Group. This individual will collaborate closely with various departments to analyze and develop data & key performance indicators to facilitate strong operational results.This position will report to the Director, Strategic Operations and SIOP, and plays a critical role in identifying areas for enhanced efficiencies in the business. This is an onsite position out of our Franklin, TN corporate office.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze operational data from diverse sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Develop, manage, and enhance dashboards and reports using data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau and/or Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver insights that drive decision-making
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to solve specific operational problems and explore opportunities for process improvements
- Present data findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders through visualizations and reports
- Identify areas for process optimization and propose data-driven solutions
Qualifications:
- Background in data analysis, business intelligence, statistics, mathematics, operations management, supply chain or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or operations management roles
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Excel (pivot tables, power pivots, etc.), and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data cleaning, transformation, and statistical analysis
- Ability to develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases
- Proficiency utilizing DAX, Python, R or SQL for advanced data analysis, automation, and statistical modeling
- Experience in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or related fields
