- You possess 3+ years of experience working as a Director of Operations in the food and beverage industry.
- You have superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management.
- You have proven ability to plan and manage the operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
- You have the ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands
- You have a strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines
- You can effectively multitask and operate problems in a team environment.
- You have the capability to interact with tremendous communication skills.
When you are onboard:
You will be responsible to develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for the company's key initiatives
You will be responsible to build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
You will be responsible to devise strategies to ensure the growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs
You will uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed.
You will be working closely with human resources to lead the team with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment
