Accounts Receivable Clerk - Miami

We are offering employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Miami, Florida. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our team, working in the industry and performing tasks related to customer application processing, record maintenance, and resolution of inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing customer credit applications in a timely manner
• Documenting and maintaining precise records of customer credit
• Providing administrative support to the accounting department
• Conducting data entry tasks as required
• Reconciling funds entering the hotel through POS (Merchant Account Credit Card)
• Daily reconciliation of accounts
• Assisting in compiling reports to be sent to department heads
• Utilizing skills such as Account Reconciliation, Cash Reconciliations, and Credit Card Reconciliation
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions
• Utilizing the POS - Point of Sale system as needed.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounts receivable role or similar
• Proficiency in accounting entries and account reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential
• Knowledge of cash reconciliations and credit card reconciliation is preferred
• Familiarity with daily reconciliation tasks
• Experience with POS - Point of Sale systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
