With your expertise in .NET, C#, and SQL, you will ensure that our technology solutions meet industry standards, align with business goals, and provide exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, professional growth, and high performance. (Some travel may be required)
• Project Oversight: Manage and prioritize development projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress against milestones.
• Technical Direction: Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, leveraging your expertise in .NET, C#, and SQL to solve complex problems, optimize performance, and ensure robust, scalable solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and align development efforts with business needs and industry regulations.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce best practices for coding, testing, and deployment. Oversee the development of comprehensive testing strategies and ensure that software solutions are thoroughly tested and meet quality benchmarks.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and drive continuous improvement within the development team. Promote the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance productivity and software quality.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of development processes, system architectures, and project status. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress and team performance.
• Experience: Proven experience in managing a team of developers, with a strong track record in leading software development projects, preferably within the payroll or financial technology sector.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in .NET, C#, SQL, and Azure. Demonstrated ability to apply these technologies in building and maintaining payroll solutions and other enterprise-level applications.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor developers, drive team performance, and manage diverse technical challenges.
• Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate productive collaboration within the team.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of addressing complex technical issues and delivering effective solutions.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications or advanced degrees in software development or project management are a plus.
