Qualifications:

Some duties for Security Officers in Class-A Corporate properties:

• Security Officers provide EXCELLENT customer service to tenants and visitors
• Build rapport with tenants and guests
• Provide protection for equipment, tenants, and visitors
• Checking the credentials of vehicles and individuals coming and going from the premises
• Deter criminal activity, protect property and enforce rules on a property
• Communicating and Working as a TEAM - Some monitor security systems from a stationary position, some provide hospitality along with securing given post, and some patrol areas and do security checks

Available Security Officer Positions:

• Rover: Foot or vehicle patrols, responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior, etc.
• Console Officer: Acknowledge and greet all guests with utmost courtesy and urgency, customer service, access control, greeting residents and guests with a courteous demeanor, monitor CCTV camera systems, announce visitors, distribute packages, etc.
• Command Center: Stationary post monitoring surveillance and alarm systems

Qualifications:

• At least 21 years of age or older *
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable using a computer and other technology to prepare reports, perform surveillance and control access
• Candidate(s) will have a professional appearance, be detailed oriented and able to work well in a structured environment *
• Comfortable working inside and/or outside standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Monitoring and surveillance experience
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
• Previous security and/or customer service experience IS required
