Legal Assistant
Job Summary:
Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based legal assistant to join our growing Sponsor Contracting team. Responsibilities :
- Provide paralegal support services to Medpace Contracts Attorneys including but not limited to:
- Review sponosr and vendor contracts;
- Review Confidentiality agreements;
- Send out executed contracts; and
- Draft termination letters to vendors
- Act as the main point of contact for contract database;
- Provide contract process support to internal teams;
- Support Contracts Attorney's with legal research; and
- Complete special projects as assigned
Qualifications :
- Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent;
- At least 1 year of legal assistant experience;
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are needed;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required; and
- Great attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills
