This role focuses on operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, employee development, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:-Manage inventory to ensure all necessary ingredients are stocked for service.-Hire new staff and provide training for quick acclimation.-Streamline kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times.-Work with the Head Chef to develop and maintain the restaurant menu.-Set and enforce regular cleaning standards for the kitchen, ensuring sanitation levels are maintained.-Create and manage schedules for all kitchen staff.-Track kitchen finances to identify areas of potential waste and optimize cost control.-Handle financial tasks including cash-outs, deposits, P&L statements, and budgeting.-Oversee hiring, training, and retention of top talent to build a strong team.-Maintain a strong presence in the local community to enhance the restaurant's reputation.-Provide excellent customer service and address guest feedback promptly.-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while upholding quality standards.Qualifications:-Proven restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment.-Strong knowledge of financial management, P&L, and cost controls.-Serve Safe Certification and ability to obtain a Liquor License.-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.-Excellent communication and leadership skills.-Proficiency in Microsoft Office.-Flexible schedule, with availability to work 50+ hours per week.-Ability to train, coach, develop, and motivate staff effectively.-Guest-focused approach to floor management and building guest rapport.
