Labor Relations is responsible for ensuring the health of existing collective bargaining agreements, educating management on union awareness and addressing third party attempts to organize our workforce.

Responsible for handling incoming calls and cases from all levels of management, HR, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) or employees with escalated issues.Provides advice and counsel to managers, HR, and employees to help resolve and address employee relations issues through analysis, application of policies and/or employment law, investigation, and research.
Uses deep subject matter/functional expertise, influence and process skills to assist internal/external customers and stakeholders in identifying and meeting high priority needs while considering cultural and diversity implications.
Performs assessments and listens to internal/external customers to understand and anticipate their needs and determine their priorities in the context of the overall enterprise.
Skills:4+ years of experience in related field, preferred, specifically in Employee Relations or HR Generalist roles with a focus in Employee Relations
2+ years working complex Employee Relations issues, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and other state and federal regulations preferred
Experience handling workplace investigations and/or EEOC charges strongly preferred
bilingual in Spanish a plus
strong coaching and problem-solving skills
Ability to support operations in all US time zones
