- Site Management: Oversee daily operations on the construction site to ensure work is completed on schedule.
- Team Supervision: Manage and coordinate subcontractors and construction staff, ensuring productivity and safety.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect work for adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and building codes.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Material Management: Oversee the delivery and use of materials and equipment, ensuring proper storage and inventory control.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the construction site and project stakeholders, including clients and project managers.
- Progress Monitoring: Track and report on project progress, including delays, changes, and budget adherence.

The Successful Applicant- Minimum of 3 years in a superintendent role
- Track record of running projects valued at more than $5m
- Ground up experience in the commercial or multifamily sectors
- Knowledge of all relevant safety guidelines
- Ability to interact with owners, subs, and teammates
- Competitive base (105-125k) commensurate with experience.
