Job Description
Supervision of Strategic Planning and Operational Excellence- Improve the safety culture and performance within ENSE, continuing to reduce the number of accidents.
- Make a significant contribution to EBITDA performance through strategic operational improvements.
- Supervise the operations of service centers, ensuring they deliver high-quality service that meets customer needs and positively contributes to the business.
- Standardize service center processes to ensure consistency, operational efficiency, and high customer satisfaction across all locations.
- Use performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions aligned with the pace of change driven by the business.
The Successful Applicant
Have managed a diverse, branch-based operational business, including P&L (Profit and Loss) management.- Have operated at an international level.
- Have a proven track record of improving performance and management through a KPI-driven agenda.
- Ideally, have experience in multiple construction fields, such as modular construction.
- Have a demonstrated history in change management and business improvement.
- Possess significant experience in complex manufacturing/operational companies.
- Be fluent in Spanish and English; proficiency in Portuguese is an advantage.
