Job Description- Oversee daily construction activities for large-scale projects valued between $30M - $150M+.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of work.
- Monitor site safety and compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to project stakeholders.
- Manage project schedules, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest construction standards.
- Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, RFIs, and change orders.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and design documents.

The Successful Applicant- 5-15 years of supervisory construction experience, particularly in multifamily, mixed-use, and government projects.
- Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required.
- General Contracting or Builder-Developer background with experience in managing projects ranging from $30M to $150M+.
- Proficient in construction management software such as MS Office Suite, MS Project, Procore, etc.
- OSHA-30 Certified with a strong commitment to on-site safety practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong tenure at previous employers, reflecting stability and proven performance in the field.
- Base Salary:
- Superintendent II: $110k - $125k
- Lead/Senior Superintendent: $140k - $160k
- Company vehicle allowance or mileage reimbursement.
- Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), offering employees ownership in the company.
- Profit sharing based on company performance (7.5%-8% of compensation on average).
- Project-based bonuses for senior team members, ranging from $20k to $60k+ per project.
