About Our Client
My client is a top-name general contractor based in Wisconsin. They currently have a small team sitting out of there office in Waukesha and are looking for a more junior project manager to help build the office. They will offer this person a robust growth track, consistent professional development, and above market compensation.outstanding growth track for APMs. Expect to be managing your own projects within 12-18 months.

- Organize and assist in leading projects commercial projects from precon to close out
- Help manage overall project financials, including developing and maintaining financial projections
- Allocate estimates into accounting system
- Identify cost codes, approve invoices, create monthly billings and manage budgets
- Manage financials and accounting billings, change orders, and maintain schedules
- Maintain trade partner, subcontractors, and supplier budgets; select partners and suppliers
- Manage billings, contracts creation, and contract buyouts
- Collaborate with Project Superintendent to execute all construction phases, including site visits
- RFIs, submittals, subcontracts, purchase orders, etc.
- Develop and maintain high-contact client relationships
- Manage high standards of quality, risk, safety, and compliance on and off site
- Attend meetings and training as assigned
- Complete projects as assigned

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Intern in the construction industry, preferably with commercial and industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- A competitive base salary between $60,000-80,000 (Depending on Experience)
