- Must be comfortable recording a 1 minute introduction of yourself that we will send to the client. You will describe your previous experience and provide why you are interested in working with this company.

Responsibilities- Managing incoming calls to assist patients
- Must be comfortable managing outbound calls to follow up with pharmacies
- Handling and conducting phone duties in a timely and professional manner in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Achieving member engagement standards set for the department by following the established departmental policies and procedures
- Possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have healthcare AND call center experience
- Associates degree preferred but not required
