Senior Tax Manager for multi billion manufacturing company that pays out bonuses above target. Corporate is pivotal to our operations, and we are looking to welcome an individual who can handle the Federal/ State tax compliance overseeing the public accounting firm and then handling the tax provisions responsibilities outlined below with efficiency and attention to detail.This is a highly visible role to leadership with the opportunity to work with an outside CPA firm. They are looking for a talented individual who can grow as they grow.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and maintain corporate tax provisions and schedules
- Act as the primary liaison for CPA and external taxing authorities.
- Responsible for federal and state tax with outside firm.
- Take charge of non-income tax matters (eg. sales and use and personal property tax)
- Oversee the review of monthly and annual U.S. income tax provisions
- Coordinate necessary information for compliance process with various company subsidiaries and outside service providers
- Handle the review of all U.S. income and franchise tax returns and annual report filings
- Assemble necessary transfer pricing documentation and address initiative requirements.
10 - 20 plus years of larger corporate tax or public tax experience-Tax provisions experience a must
manufacturing background / distribution a must
Strong Federal and state tax
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance a must
CPA and/ or MBA preferred
