Part time Accounts Receivable Clerk
Adecco is now hiring Part time Account Receivable Clerk for a construction manufacturing company, and this is your chance to work with them in San Fernando Valley! This is a temporary to hire opportunity!
Responsibilities- Copy, file, and retrieve materials for accounts receivables as needed
- Relays changes of information to appropriate employees
- Receives and verifies expense reports, reconciles expense and other financial report with account balances and other office records.
- Facilitates payments to vendors, which may include verification of federal ID numbers, reviewing purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies
- Ensure outstanding obligations are credited upon payment, and issue purchase orders
- Assist with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly.
- Create invoices according to company practices, submit invoice to customers
- Maintain and update customer files
- Processing new account applications
- Create reports regarding status of customer accounts as requested
- Collaborate with the Credit Department to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic basis.
- Assist in general monthly billing statements on the general ledger.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Accounting Degree preferred.
- 2-3 years’ experience required.
- Excellent communication, verbally and written skills.
- Ability to work independently and attention to detail.
- Strong Computer Skills in MS Office Suite or related programs.
- Must be able to learn accounting software systems
Shifts Available: Shifts are available from Monday – Friday, up to 28 hours/week.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
