Accounts Payable Clerk

Robert Half is seeking an accounts payable clerk for a role located in Middlesex County, NJ. In this capacity, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing and reconciling accounts, handling invoice coding, and ensuring accurate data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process invoices and manage accounts payable
• Efficiently run checks to maintain the balance of accounts
• Ensure precise data entry for all transaction records
• Maintain and reconcile account records on a regular basis
• Attend to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status
• Ensure all customer credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date and precise customer credit records.
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required
• Must possess strong skills in Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience with Check Runs is necessary
• Should be adept in Coding Invoices
• Data Entry skills are important
• Must be proficient in Invoice Processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
