About the Company: Well established Investment Management firm with 10+ billion AUM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee tax structuring, tax placement, tax compliance, and tax review.
• Assess tax leakage and partner with internal teams to maintain best‐in‐class tax function.
• Collaborate with multiple fund administrators, tax advisors, and tax firms.
• Contribute in all areas of a tax function and strategically plan considering multiple perspectives including the global landscape, political environment, firm interests, and firm strategy.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 13‐15 years’ experience across public and private advisory.
• Active or inactive CPA or JD required, Masters or LLM degree is advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge with international tax issues and ability to leverage tax advisors to help efficiently and effectively.
• Proven communication skills and experience in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking, ethical, and team-oriented mindset with a “no task too small” orientation.
