Analyst, IS Business Intelligence

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Analyst for Business Intelligence. This role is situated in Redmond, Washington and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As an Analyst, you will be essential in leading the design and support of our enterprise-wide business intelligence applications and architecture.

You will work closely with senior management across the business and IT to understand and prioritize data and information requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solve complex technical problems.
• Optimize performance of business intelligence tools by defining data to filter and index that adds value to the user.
• Create a testing methodology and criteria.
• Design and coordinate a curriculum to coach and train customers in the use of business intelligence tools to enhance business decision-making capability.
• Develop standards, policies, and procedures for the form, structure, and attributes of business intelligence tools and systems.
• Develop data/information quality metrics.
• Research new technology and develop business cases to support enterprise-wide business intelligence solutions.

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent practical knowledge gained through experience.
• Understanding and application of procedures and concepts of relevant discipline.
• Ability to make judgments based on practice and previous experience.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Must have experience with:

• ISO/FDA compliance
