We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team located in Arlington, Virginia. The role involves administrative and organizational tasks, acting as the point of contact for visitors and employees, and coordinating office activities. This role is a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the executive leadership team.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and event planning.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Handle subscriptions, furniture, and package deliveries.
  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and hotels.
  • Handle weekly breakfast and catering arrangements.
  • Use various software such as Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, Concur, CRM, Dentrix Dental Software, About Time, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Answering Inbound Calls.
  • Utilize Microsoft Suite including Excel for data input, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Maintain and organize office areas to ensure a smooth workflow. • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
  • Experience in using ADP - Financial Services
  • Familiarity with Concur software
  • Knowledge in CRM applications
  • Proficient in using Dentrix Dental Software
  • Experience in using About Time software
  • Capable of executing Accounting Functions
  • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls effectively.
