Test Technician Specialist

Leader in the defense and maritime industry, specializing in naval defense, undersea warfare, and maritime surveillance is hiring for a Test Technician for their manufacturing facility. This client supports submarine detection, naval fleet protection, and underwater threat detection through cutting-edge technology and innovation.

education: High School

• At least 3 years of experience in electrical/electronic testing
• Testing equipment knowledge such as multi-meters and Oscilloscopes
• Designing and testing circuit boards using state-of-the-art test equipment
• Collaborating with the engineering team to develop new systems and technologies
• Providing technical support to customers and internal stakeholders
• All Write in-process test procedures for circuit boards.
• Troubleshoot down to the component level.
• Load software for system testing.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams or wire lists prior to system testing.
• Report unusual and/or recurring faults and failures.
• Return defective components to Quality Assurance
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
• Working knowledge of digital electronics required.
• Must be able to read and interpret schematic diagrams.
• Experience with Analog & Digital power circuits.
