Accounting Analyst

The workplace setting requires a detail-oriented individual adept at using accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage email communications effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
• Investigate and process customer refunds in a timely and accurate manner.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other accounting software systems for data input, analysis, and reporting.
• Navigate banking websites efficiently for information retrieval and transaction processing.
• Maintain an organized system for efficient handling of accounts receivable.
• Perform auditing tasks to validate the accuracy of financial transactions and reports.
• Oversee billing functions, ensuring invoices are accurate and sent out in a timely manner.
• Use Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for efficient management of business resources and operations. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems is required
• Demonstrable experience in various Accounting Functions is a must
• Should be skilled in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proficiency in Auditing techniques is expected
• Strong knowledge of Billing Functions is necessary
