Production Supervisor (Blow Molding) - PS12424 - MO

Schedule: Flexible - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available.

The Blow Mold Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production team, ensuring product quality, and optimizing production output.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the blow mold production team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production schedules.
• Continuously monitor and improve blow molding processes to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and maximize production output.
• Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality blow-molded products that meet or exceed customer specifications.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure proper maintenance and functionality of blow molding equipment to minimize disruptions to production.
• Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, collaborating with relevant departments to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular safety meetings, and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, quality control documents, and employee performance records.

• A minimum of at least 4 years of Blow molding and/or Extrusion experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• At least 2 years of prior leadership experience in a manufacturing setting is required
• General understanding of business principles and typical business practices.

• Must have earned a high school diploma, GED, or similar educational certificate. A colle
