Job Description:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing advanced IT infrastructure operations support. Your day to day activities will include monitoring and maintaining server architectures, ensuring optimal performance of server operating systems, and managing infrastructure event management.You will also be responsible for data center provisioning, ensuring seamless integration with other IT components. You must have some proficiency in IT Infrastructure. Having proficiency in Server Architectures, basic proficiency in Server Operating Systems, proficiency in Infrastructure Event Management, and advanced proficiency in Data Center Orchestration Provisioning will be advantageous.

This role is on-site at a Data Center in Rochester, NY and applicants must be able to comfortably lift 50 lbs.
