• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer credit
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status
• Utilize strong knowledge in mortgage lending and loan servicing to perform tasks

• Be responsible for understanding and adhering to local, state, and federal laws and regulations
• Communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders
• Identify outliers in data, research them, and obtain resolution
• Prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
• Leverage proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to complete tasks effectively. • Demonstrated experience in loan servicing within a mortgage company setting
• Proficiency in corporate paralegal duties, with a focus on loan-related legal matters
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and financial modeling
• Strong data entry abilities, with an emphasis on accuracy and speed
• Comprehensive understanding of mortgage industry regulations and compliance standards
• Proven ability to handle sensitive customer information with discretion
• Demonstrated track record in managing multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as autonomously
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
