Desktop Support Analyst

We are in search of a Desktop Support Analyst to become a part of our team in the Healthcare industry. This position provides a short-term contract employment opportunity. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving a backlog of tickets, assisting with restoring them to a manageable level and interacting with various technologies and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Tackle a backlog of system tickets, striving to restore them to a manageable level
• Utilize Active Directory for managing user accounts and access rights
• Handle support and troubleshooting for Apple Devices used within the organization
• Engage with Backup Technologies to ensure data security and integrity
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of computer hardware as required
• Implement Configuration Management procedures for system consistency
• Coordinate the deployment of new systems and software across the organization. industry
• Proven experience in the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry
• Demonstrated proficiency in Active Directory
• Extensive knowledge and experience with Apple Devices
• Proficiency in Backup Technologies
• Strong understanding of Computer Hardware
• Prior experience with Configuration Management
• Expertise in managing and executing Deployments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Willingness to participate in ongoing detail oriented development and training
• Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as needed
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment as necessary.
