Overview:

Join us as a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative. As a member of our call center team, you’ll ensure Roto-Rooter’s customers feel confident and cared for. We’ll do the same for you through generous benefits, continuous training, and career advancement opportunities.

  • Hourly pay range of $18.00-$20.00, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

What you will be doing:

  • Handle high-volume inbound Spanish and English calls with an emphasis on providing world- class service.
  • Interact with customers while expressing empathy, a sense of urgency and assurance that they called the right company to resolve their plumbing issues.
  • Data entry, including customer contact information and other relevant details concerning their plumbing problems.

Requirements:

What you will need to succeed:

  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
  • Prior call center experience preferred
  • Thrive in a team environment with a strong customer service focus
  • A Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software programs
  • Self-starter who is organized and thorough with attention to detail
  • This job is a great fit for those with banking, insurance company or medical scheduling call center experience
