We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a key member of our team, your role will involve interacting with homeowners, arranging appointments with technicians and superintendents, and managing logistics and scheduling.

Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate appointments with homeowners, technicians, and superintendents.
- Handle a high volume of phone calls and emails daily, ensuring efficient communication and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and efficient work environment, demonstrating attention to detail.
- Use various software tools such as Salesforce.com, Yardi, and Microsoft Office Suites for customer account management and scheduling.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Perform calendar management duties, booking and confirming appointments as needed.
- Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer credit records, using customer account management tools.
- Monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary. • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suites
- Experience in managing and coordinating appointments effectively
- Ability to confirm appointments accurately
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com platform
- Familiarity with property management principles
- Experience in email correspondence
- Ability to manage calendars effectively
- Competency in customer account management
- Knowledge of Yardi software
- Strong ability in booking appointments efficiently
